Training Philosophy

The Program:

Assessing where you are at is key to being able to determine the best way to get where you want to go. Beware of any coach who would give you a program without knowing what your limitations and capabilities are.

We will start off by doing a medical history to locate any potential health problems.

Then we take photos to document your starting point and to allow us to do a postural assessment to locate any underlying dysfunction in the body that will need to be corrected in order to attain peak aesthetic appearance and optimum bodily performance.

Then we take your body-fat. Body-fat percentage, not weight, is what you should be concerned with.

Next is your measurements. When your clothes fit better it doesn't matter what the scale says and tracking your progress is key to getting results.

Now we are on to the functional muscle testing and core muscular strength and coordination assessment to help locate a starting point for your program and to uncover any hidden weaknesses that might cause problems down the line.

We are onto a nutritional assessment to determine your correct fuel mixture. One size does not fit all when it comes to your nutritional requirements so we need to assess what your correct nutritional needs are.

The next step is to help you to pinpoint and streamline your goals and set achievable targets that you can win with.

And finally we take all of that data and use it to create a personalized program designed to get you to your goals in the quickest most efficient way possible.
