    This book gives a great overview of the symptoms and treatment of Candida and other fungus in the body. It has been my experience that this problem has become way more widespread than it used to be and total health would depend on effectively handling fungal overgrowth in the body. For anyone suffering with depression then you absolutely would want to check for overgrowth of fungus in the body.

    I include this book basically because it outlines a simple and inexpensive parasite cleanse that can be done at home. Although I am not totally convinced that everything Hulda Clark says in this book is correct there are a host of people who have claimed great benefit from the application of the protocol she outlines in the book. I have used the parasite cleanse and have found it to be of great benefit. I recommend it for that purpose.

    I think the data in this book on aerobic training is of immense benefit in helping to ensure that you progress correctly and without over stressing your body. Although I do not agree with his position on weight training I do feel his method for training aerobically is a sound one to help avid injury and overuse.

    I recommend the use of a heart monitor to help you gauge your intensity when you exercise and to gauge your progress. There are many different models out there. I recommend the basic model of the Polar Heart monitors for their dependability and simplicity. I always recommend getting the most basic model as it is the easiest to use out of the box. If you are into gadgets and electronics then feel free to get one of the more complex units.
